Paddle is the merchant of record for Frayme purchases. Receipts, tax handling, and payment updates are managed through Paddle checkout and customer emails.
Confirm the DMG came from this site and that macOS Gatekeeper shows Frayme as a notarized application.
Include the email used at checkout and any license status message shown inside Frayme settings.
Use the Paddle receipt email for billing self-service, or contact support with the transaction reference.
